Week beginning 26th October
Welcome back to a new term Class Jade. Well done for all your hard work last term.
In English this week we will continue where we left our work on traditional tales. We will focus on writing great sentences and using perfect punctuation. In Maths we will recap the work you did at home on doubling and continue looking at addition and subtraction. In Phonics we will look at split digraphs. Our EOW work will include finishing off our ‘keeping healthy’ topic, starting our new topic of ‘Seasonal changes’ and in Art more weaving tasks.
Outdoor PE kits need to be worn on Thursday. Please bring books back to be changed on Monday.
As the weather is changing and we will continue to have windows open for ventilation, please ensure you are dressed so that you are warm in the classroom, ie legs and arms covered, extra layers under T-shirt, jumpers etc (all named please).
